First Ride with the GEM Junior Lather Catchers
Finally had the chance to take a few of the GEM Junior Lather Catchers out for a proper spin this week.
Compared to the more straightforward blade clamping of the GEM Parade with its bakelite handle, the Lather Catchers come across as a bit over-engineered — but in the best possible way. Their intricate design is not only functional but undeniably beautiful, a true nod to classic craftsmanship.
A smooth and satisfying shave all around — vintage elegance meets precision performance.

It is very similar to vintage Yardley in scent and performance i.e. lavender scent, and old school tallow lather. Very nice indeed!
