EJ 89 v 3 One 6

My EJ 89 is losing covering on the top cap threads.
I may get an EJ 3one6 which is a ss variant.
Has anyone used both and if so,how do they compare?
Any other suggestions appreciated
 
I have a DE89 and find it way to mild, havnt used a 3one6 but apparently they are similar to the Rocca in shaving efficiency and smoothness.. if true then the 3one6 would be more efficient (mid-aggressive) and just as smooth
