You ever see/use one of them Russian slim clones? They used to be all over ebay, NOS ones for like $54 shipped. Always wanted one, now can't find them.

Exact copy of Gillette Slim. The first and most high-quality Soviet razor from adjustable :

CONSUL and DIPLOMAT razors (instrument-making plant, Severodonetsk, Ukraine).
The copy of Gillette Slim with longer handle. All-metal. The stamp on the support plate is absent.
Razors are identical, differ only in a case and a form of the regulator.

In total about 20 clones of various models have been made in the USSR.
Let me know what razor you want and I will try to find it...

Wow! What a cool offer I certainly wouldn't want you to go out of your way, I was mainly curious as to how common they are/aren't. Have you seen many around?
