Just got into wet shaving

You can try both ;)

As for the brush, it arrived, but the seller decided to send me a different color for the second package without asking me whether i was ok with it....facepalm.

Update : Got the brush drubbing sent me, works out great, nice and soft, makes a great lather. A bit big for the moustache area though, and i always end up with lots of left over lather on it, which is a bit of a waste.

I liked the perma sharps Pjotr sent me so much that i ended up ordering 50 of them for about $11. I like the feathers more to be honest, they gave me the sharpest shave and i never had any problems cutting myself, but they were noticeably more expensive than the perma sharps.

Permasharps: the best performance/value proposition in modern blades.

I'd go further. They'd contend for best current production blade in the world IMO, even disregarding value for money. Not many other blades stay as sharp and comfortable for as long as them. My old man is on his tenth shave with one in a 34C, and still getting clean and close shaves. I've never pushed one that far, but frequently get 7-8 very good shaves out of them.

I have to agree with the Perma Sharps . The best I have tried so far as they just keep performing.

There are other good blades of course but I have settled on these for now out of the ones I have at hand.

Wow. Have to get me some and give them a try. I've been reading the past posts on blades and I see that the ps consistently receive so much love.
I only recently tried Voskhods that @JugV2 sent me and I really liked those. Personna IP's were my previous go-to blade. Seems like there is always something to tweak with shaving.

Yeah I'd be perfectly happy if the PSS was the only blade out there.

I tend to get good mileage out of the GSB's and they tend to give me a better result on the first 3 shaves but as I start to push them they do degrade quickly. However the PSS are a smoother blade and I never get any irritation with them unless trying to be silly and go 6+ shaves with them.
