Looking for cheap Straight Edge or Shavette

Hi all,

Wanting a Straight Edge/Shavette to get clean edges around the hair lines and to shape the sideburns. I'm not interested in Honing Every 6/12 months or if I accidentally drop it. So I think blades would be more suitable unless its a throwaway.

Any recommendations. $20-$30 Is all I think I would need to play with, I do have free shipping with Maggard for 6 months.

Have a look at something like the feather knock off CJB Kamisori, takes a number of different blades.
 
@Mark1966 iirc, has a shavette that he may be willing to pass along for a nominal fee.
