Not what I ordered, not in the quantity I ordered, but close enough. Packaging is shit, but close enough. Meh... that's what you get for working with eccentric artisans. I'm happy and now, my brush collection is (almost) complete. Just waiting on a replacement (timber handle split - warranty) Shavemac and I'm full. I will be looking out for a Wilborg to replace the butterscotch at some point I reckon. It's earned a rest I reckon.

I think Florian is more unreliable than Lee from what I've read on other forums. There have been people waiting in excess of a year for a returned email

Yea-uh-huh. I'm banking on second hand... but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. I don't get to enough (any) other sites to have a chance at picking one up on a BST. When I get some dosh saved up again I will ask around I think.

I suppose eccentric isn't fair. Lee/Florian might be quite grounded and simply very busy doing only whatever suits them when it suits. It's not like the business is going to fold because it's pissing customers off due to poor communication. In fact it is making their products more exclusive and more desirable. If you want it, you've got to wait for it! There you go @todras. All you have to do is stop communicating with customers and bingo - big business! Hey, works for Manuel doesn't it?

Manuel is awesome I emailed him on Saturday night around 10pm our time and got a response within half hour! He just cbf with websites etc. lol

Just watch for reaction, there's something in the soap that a few of us have real issues with. The splash was fine for me as I ended up testing separately.

Na, no orders until sabbatical is over. Otherwise I couldn't receive my M&f. Can't have it both ways.

That said. I suspect that I would drop a grand on a couple of brushes come Jan 2018

I shouldn't have subscribed to their instagram, however the entry point is so $$$ that I am better off waiting.

I have never seen a Wiborg brush in person but by all reports they are outstanding.
