So, I came across this when I was on Aliexpress and decided to take a punt. Took a couple of months to get to Australia since I picked the cheapest shipping option. Soft nylon threads, so no chance of cross threading the razors or handles. I wanted something to keep my caps and baseplates together. The bolts were something fun, there's no real reason to worry about water or corrosion getting into the handle thread. I also thought it might be a good idea for long term storage of razors I'm not using at the moment. Not that there's any evidence of metal galling between the parts.
