Hi all, I have a “puck” of Old Spice (1970) often thought about using, interested in any thoughts re slickness, lathering, tricks etc as currently using a Kamisori only? If back to my Fatboy, Slim or Pearl Flexi probably no issue!!

That stuff is terrible. You should send it to me. Ok seriously it works great with a straight or kamisori. Use a badger, horse or boar brush to build a lather. I have one on the go now and several in reserve. See below for a few of my mugs.

Very, very nice, the mug 1st photo mug on the right is a stunner!! I have Early 00 with Karl Seifen Sandalwood an Early 05 and Late 03 both (NOS) with a original puck and full packaging and 1 spare 3.75oz shave soap (which I think I’ll try)

No problems with using a Kamisori, it will definitely do the job.
