Apart from anything else - don't these folks get canned for encouraging wasteful long showers?

Back in the last century and in another nation, I used to commonly shave in the shower. It didn't take long after my arrival in Perth to realise that such unwholesome solitary practices were less than happily received, and best discontinued. Down here in TAS, where the circumstances of our location demand water from tanks (filled with the purest rainwater on the planet) I now get very grumpy when guests (or once, my wife) abuse it by wallowing in the shower unnecessarily. I have been known to disconnect the water pump as an act of petty, but effective sabotage.
