VSHOD.com contact issue

if anyone has any issue with vshod.com contacting them back, just letting you know they are currently experiencing an issue in sending mail back to gmail accounts and working on fixing the problem

they can receive your detail through their contact page, but cannot reply to gmail accounts, so include another email address or leave your mobile details so they can get back to you

just letting you know as i have always found their customer service to be excellent, and still do.... vshod ended up sending me a replacement MWF puck without me even knowing

I had a similar problem years ago, it was to do with DNS settings for mail. From memory it was because I was using my domain name over a Google accounts service or something like that. Setting up SPF resolved it.
