The wife and I moved into our first home and it's taken a little while to get ourselves set up.

I now have an entire half of a double basin bathroom to myself/my shaving gear so it's all systems go from here .

We're planning a reno and I'm making those noises now to try and reserve real estate. Do you think I'd need to claim 100% in order to get 50%. Just sounds unreasonable though doesn't it?
