I've emailed wizashave and said I want my money back
I can't say I've had occasion lately to order anything from China, but it's only a matter of time before they start holding up parcels found for Australia, just to piss us off.
There is no need for them to that. China post EMS postage is frustrating enough. Who knows could come by sea !

The package still in Chineese customs and the agent just paid the tax/import fees (He did not know a lot about importing and customs..that's why we have this issue)
Apologize again and hope the package will be delivered to the agent this week.
We'll let you know when he get the package.
