OK, look, it was just some random act of what seemed like incredible generosity from somebody near the ACT. Obviously lots of us here immediately thought of you, but don't worry, @nsavage quickly poo-poo'ed that notion. Not sure why he ruled you out so quickly in relation to an act of potential generosity, is there something I've missed ;)

Thanks for the back brief mate.

I do still indulge in random acts of kindness on occasion. Nice to know I've still been considered. In recognition it might be time for another Stillsy PIF.... and no @eggbert i think you have enough Derbys mate.

I like exploring a wide range of soaps, not out of any sense of competition but out of curiosity and of enjoying the ever increasing variety of top class soaps on the market - often top class without the top class price also.

I like getting off the beaten track a bit, I think it's very easy to fall into the habit of using the most popular soaps (mainly due to their fragrances) when there are often soaps or creams out there with much better lather even if their fragrance is not so hot. I guess this is very much more so now I can make most fragrances for the soaps I have or buy.

I know what you mean, trying new stuff is a great idea. For me though, I have no intention of using soap who's scent I am not enamoured with. Same goes for performance. I also want matching splash so that narrows down my choices quite dramatically - which I have no problem with. I wasn't always this way but I these days, the only things in my drawer that don't have matching splash are Shaver Heaven, or were gifts.

I must admit, I am a bit like that too @Sxot I really do prefer to have a matching set of soap and splash/cologne ;)

I finally took the plunge on the Rockwell; can't wait to try it tomorrow. :)
I'm not used to how heavy these stainless steel razors are. o_O I'd better not drop it or I'll crack the basin!

Fantastic service from @shavetheman as always! There was a nice little sample of Crown King "Kiss" soap in the box which I also look forward to trying.
