THAT was the attractive part to me. Very much who I am. I really liked a few of the very basic/plain Seiko's that had been appearing on line, but the very basic cheaper ones. I used to buy $12-$15 watches from K mart years ago so this was very much a step up for me.

Yesterday I was given a bundle of stuff this among it there is other stuff 5 straights & a strop but to start off first here is what they call a Monarch not alot known about them or found on the internet some reference in comparison is drawn againg the Gillette Fat Handle. If anyone has any additional info I would be pleased to recieve. i'll be applying my touch to it and let you have a look after.

Hey @FatBoy58 - I'm sure I've got one of these buried away (box as well but no blades. If I recall correctly, it's a bit harsher than a NEW LC and more like the NEW SC shave wise.
@FatBoy58 is very adept at what he does!
