I made a plunger of this, this morning. Strong! My vision was going in and out of focus.
Ran it through the Espresso machine at home ... flew back to work.
Honestly, it is excellent in either format.

These come vacuum sealed in foil bags. I have an industrial sealer, which literally pulls the air out of the bag.

EDIT: I forgot to say, that there will be a couple of weeks between this and the next batch. I have to order some more in. Trying to find some Ethiopian, but organic seems to be a bit light on.
