Had a parcel go MIA.
Phil refused to follow up upon it from his end.
This left me about a days work in the red, as legally, the carrier holds a contract for goods/service with who pays for it (ie sender, not receiver).
I had no recourse against them and since there was a tracking number, Paypal refused the claim too.
One and only time I've ordered from him.
I suspect considering I only made a few posts there, that I was banned from TSN, where he is a moderator, for sharing this openly too.
Also, I find the high number of clearance sales for artisans, that don't return once sold out, quite suspicious and suggestive of bad business ethics.
