Favourite BOAR brush and why??

My favorite is the semogue barbear classico LE Cerda from 2013.
It's 50mm densely packed knot is really awesome! Due to the density, I don't like when it completely dries out so I tend to use it consecutively for about a week and then switch to another boar from my rotation.

My two other favorites are 1800, 620 and the Zenith TVB brush.

I have a few omega boars but don't use them often as I prefer a bit of splay.

The question pointedly put is what is your favourite BOAR brush and why is it such for you.
Omega 10005 - in the fmily of brushes recommended to me by @Drubbing about 4 years ago, and been my daily driver ever since.

I've barely picked up a boar since I bought the first of 3 Synths. But when I do, it's the 10005. Perfect proportions for a boar IMO

Do you have more than one BOAR brush and do you prefer any particular brand.
All my boars are Omega

Does you use a Semogue 2000 - 25mm knot and 60mm loft?
No and never will. If I wanted to lather up with cooked noodles, I'd cook some noodles. My Semogues have either been sold, binned or handles purposed for Dave Grohl inspired reknots.

The 1305 is my current brush, which I really like. The loft is maybe a touch high, I think the 620 had the edge for face lathering though. I'd like to try the SOC.

Semogue 610 (red handle). This is my second brush, and first boar brush, so I can't really compare it to other boars. When I first started DE shaving, I bought a relatively cheap badger Vulfix brush because at that time, all the information I researched really pointed new shavers to badger, as they were always thought of as better performing. The recent popularity of boar brushes really got me interested in purchasing a boar, as I was mainly attracted to the backbone, and stiffness of a boar brush. Having used my Semogue about 20 or so times now, I love it. It still has that backbone, but is not at all prohibitively stiff, and I've noticed that the hairs have started to split, which makes it softer than when I purchased it. It honestly retains water well, feels great on my face, as I prefer a stiffer brush on my face for the exfoliating properties, and it just feels great. I don't have the biggest hands, so the Semogue handle is a comfortable fit. Lastly, it's an amazing looking brush; from the undyed, natural, blonde boar hair (which is aesthetically far superior to dyed boar brushes in my opinion), to the red and clear acrylic handle, this brush just looks cool; I love it.

No, this is my first and only boar brush. I do plan on buying another at some point. Possibly another Semogue, or an Omega.

Does anyone here use a Semogue 2000 - 25mm knot and 60mm loft?

No, I've never used it, but it does look intriguing.

If you have any difficulty deciding how to answer the premise of this post please re read the first paragraph :)

Hope I answered correctly!

The 1800 is a 1305 with better backbone.

Semogue 1250. I prefer a smaller knot like the 20mm and it is superior over my other boars and the price was quite cheap.

Yes, a British Culmak and Royal (both 20mm knots). I do plan on buying another Semogue soon. (y)

No, the knot is a bit to big for my liking.
