I've eaten a lot of shark. Tonight's dinner was tiger shark tod man pla (Thai fishcakes) rolled in lettuce with rice vermicelli and salad, with ginger & garlic chilli sauce. Yummy...
 
Hammerhead fish steaks, about an inch thick, battered and fried, it's been years! Used to catch 'em off the bottom of the Stono river.
