A timely reminder to yours truly that it's high time I got in some more Mystic Water soap. I sometimes wonder if you are the only other member here who admits to using it. It's been a while since I ran out, and I've been missing it. Roll on Jan 1st 2026...

Been a while since I bowl lathered, but felt like mixing it up today. Squished a bit of Castle Forbes Lavender into the bottom of the bowl and went at it with the Simpson M7 Synthetic. Did the whole Marco Method thing — soaked the brush, let it drip, no squeezing or flicking — just loaded it up and started whipping. Ended up with a lovely slick lather that made for a smooth double pass with the wee Dorko. Good stuff.
