Nothing I can shave with - just a few dirty old pieces of newspaper from the 1940s ...

Whoa there. A couple of horses just pulled up at the Post office. Well a horse and a horse/badger.
Free postage with some free cream and a pre-shave sample, which was nice. Looking forward to trying them out

Nah, they do traditional 4oz but like a lot of artisans they also offer half-size tubs for international buyers. Full size is $16USD and the half is $9USD. Besides the fact it means you need to bowl lather, I'm a HUGE fan of these sizes and the shavings you get in shipping.

And my first modern SE arrives... the General by Colonial Razors. This is in the new silver aluminium rather than the black coated. I only purchased the head as I have quite a few handles spare. This time it's on a Windrose stainless steel jobbie that's nice and heavy.
