NEW:- Simpsons Brush Video

Thanks for the post @SpeedyPC

My thoughts after watching...

Interesting how Mark relates a"closer shave" with a shaving brush!!! It's a very indirect and indeterminate factor in your shave -virtually any brush can make good enough lather for a close shave... but I guess that's what they're selling!

Chubby 2 gets the airplay and money shots. I wonder if it's the greatest earner for them, or if it's simply the most popular brush?

Lastly... why don't they actually engrave their logo rather than have a cheap bl#%y sticker?!? Seriously?! A $200+ brush of quality with a sticker logo?!? They engrave the name of the brush so why not the brand logo...?! Crazy...

I don't know how they're using that video, but it's obviously meant for a lay audience that isn't aware these things still exist.

The CH2 probably just looks the most substantial thing for such an audience.

The sticker was never meant as a permanent item, hence the model name engraving. Originally people took them off, just like a QA sticker on most clothing today. It's simply become a traditional thing for them to put on, and of course YKW complain about them coming off, and how it's a QA problem....

@filobiblic I've got Mark direct email address if you want it via PM and you can ask him this question for yourself ;)

Thanks, but it's okay. Mark used to pop on here waaaay back.

Just a honest question as it seemed strange after seeing the sticker applied in the video (and in comparison to most companies aiming at key branding). Drubs gave an suitable answer really, but still makes me wonder...
