Being new to the game I'm appreciative of the opportunity to try anything 'new'…

If I were Gen-Y - a.k.a. centre of the universe - and picking from what you're kicking off with, then I'd like to try the Occams pre- and shave- soap (Original or Lime don't fuss me much which) as well as one of these TGN reknots that you're so famous for…oh yeah and some Arko!..before @eggbert plops it into the world of the Chokitos.

Already hived off some contributions in case I find any keepers (which I'd feel less bad about if I were last, I s'pose).

But I am proudly Gen-X….so accepting of my fate. Ha!

I think we need to throw in some vintage blades. And a shit load of ARKO!
 
These are some of the things that I could put in. Let me know if they sound of interest to anybody.

Ogallala. Bay Rum Limes Peppercorns &/or Bay Rum Sage Cedar &/or Bay Rum Cologne. Sample bottles. >90% full.
Thayer's Lemon or Superhazel or Original Toner or Original Astringent - aliquots
Myrsol formula C - aliquot or 2
Krampert's Bay Rum - aliquot or 2
Bluebeards revenge ASB. 80% full
Mike's Barber shop shave stick - unused
TOBS Jermyn St Shaving cream - aliquots

What's the go with hardware? Do we send stuff out that comes back to us, or do we only send things that we will part with?

I have a variety of razors - Schicks, Valets, SE and DE razors. May even choose to part with some of them.

Also Blades - Astras, Feathers, Personna, Gillette Yellows.

My thinking is that software is taken and replaced with other stuff, hardware should be tried out and put back in the box.

Having said that, I don't know if anyone has put razors or brushes in there before.

@possumbelly I'd love to try any of those things you listed.
 
Possumbelly, it would be great to try out the Myrsol. Everyone speaks well of their aftershave, but it seems pretty elusive and a little expensive for a blind buy.

6. You are allowed to take out 1 item to keep if you really love it, providing there are no reserved items (They will be listed in the first post of the Review thread).

So I will probably have the Occams as reserved to ensure everybody gets a run and see what else is going around.

We usually only have software going around but if there are any particular hardware desires and I have a user grade I might be able to throw it in.

Blades are normally included and used as needed.

Done! Can put in 30-40 ml of Antesol, Formula C and Aqua Balsamica if desired. I love them all and will need to order again some day.

Seems fair. Although I was going to throw some hardware in their for nicks, (or Question, but he doesn't seem to want it).

I'll ry some Jermyn if it makes it West.
 
The box must be up to 5 to 6 kilos by now - and I think I would prefer to be last rathet than first and be able to sample the various goodies that get put in. Still I will leave such judgements to the wise and distinguished judgement of our man in Canberra (and I don't mean barnaby Joyce).
 
Love the enthusiasm, but the postage could be huge. It's turning in to a gigantic PIF. Maybe include samples rather than full bottles or pucks of soap/cream. It's OK here in the west as we live/work within reasonable driving distance of each other. With the exception of Jug who's at some obscure, hard to find gigantic shopping mall in wop wop.

Sorry can't agree with you Pjotr, the bigger the better - more chance to try new things at the cost of a bit of postage.

@Pjotr : SatNav. It's probably one of the biggest shopping centres in Perth yet for some reason, its location eludes you. Hmm.

Just had a thought too guys - is anyone interested in trying some Floid who is on board for the travelling box? I am happy to donate the last of mine in the interests of comeradeship.
