Sullivans Cove Single Cask French Oak Limited Release (made in Tasmania) is my last bottle, nearly finished to the bottom 
I've kept that last bottle for 12 years.
I remember the price was about $160 AUD per bottle back in 2008 in Tasmania, now is around about $550 AUD directly from the whisky maker in Tasmania
Otherwise, I'll just pick Ardbeg 10yrs old, Sullivans Cove Single Cask French Oak is my deepest favourite Tasmania whisky

Possibly, I think I started on the whisky about the end of my first year sabbatical.the results of 3 years of running sabbaticals???
Just checked and there are 30 bottles of whisky and 4 bottles of whiskey. I think a dram of each is beyond me.
