Pureman Complaint

Hi guys,

Just wanted to vent a little bit.

My girlfriend wanted to buy me some blades, so I picked the 100 pack of GSB's on the pureman.com.au

A few days later, she was informed that they didn't have stock, that their "shipment had been lost" and would be happy to supply something else or issue a refund. There was no mention of the item being out of stock on the site.

I wanted the GSB's so I told her to ask for a refund. That was two weeks ago. She has contacted them twice since, both times being told "it's with accounts".

Very disappointing for a $30 purchase. They won't be getting any more business from me. I'll stick to shaverhut and mensbiz locally.

Needless to say, I found my GSB's on the bay shipped from Canada for $30 arriving next week.

Hopefully Pureman reads this feedback and actually addresses it openly, as this is what companies need to hear from their customers.
Legitimate grievances and frustrations, so they're able to improve their service.
