Roast Coffee Beans

Unfortunately, the roasting wasn't as spectacular as I had hoped. The weather was beautifully warm, but that damned southerly kicked in way too early. It's not that it was cool, but the strength of the wind strips the heat out of the roaster.

On the final roast, it took 10 minutes to climb a single degree, and it was only after a makeshift windbreak was implemented, that I could finish that particular run.

So, what do we have?

3x Honduras
2x PNG
2x Ethiopia

PM's, please

Remaining:

1x Ethiopia.

The weather is looking seedy here this week. With some luck, I will get some more done over this weekend.

Aaaaand all gone.

Nothing will be happening this weekend. A lot of rain forecast, but I'll get into some more asap.

Over the last couple of days, the warmer weather has allowed me to roast the last of the current batch of beans that I have.

So, after taking my fix, what I have remaining is:

PNG x2
Ethiopia x4

These will be the last for a little while, whilst I turn my attention to the... umm... water distiller, that is in the final build phase.
