salt lake shaving soap?

Not much info on them around and one mention of them previously here searching. Few different scents and massive 190g tubs. Made in Old.

Anyone got any feedback to add on them?

Never heard of them before but im a bit sketch of that 50 shades scent and what its going to smell like.... leather and sweat maybe?

Salt lake soaps have been around for longer than I've been wet shaving, so at least 18 months. Have heard good things about them though never personally tried it

I own about six of their soaps. The guy runs a stall at Eumundi Markets QLD. Soaps are excellent. My latest purchase was the 'Cuban' an amazing scent. Highly recommended.

That's not stocked at the wet shaving site and out of stock in their company site. Sounds good though. Might pull the pin on one.

Grabbed their coconut and lime from The Wet Shaving Co (formerly Yaqi).
Who (I think) is doing an excellent job of bringing small Aussie artisans to the fore. (Something the larger distributers could learn from)

Massive tub and excellent lather.

Scent is very much like a coconut and lime candle (ecoya, glasshouse etc). Heavy on vanilla with subtle coconut and creamy lime. Not bad. But quite sweet.

I believe Spencer tried this soap long ago on Youtube and championed it for a while.
It's been on my radar for a long while but I never got around to it. By all counts the soaps seem pretty decent.

I own a couple of tubs of Salt Lake soaps and highly recommend them. If you haven't tried it yet, do yourself a favour and give it a go. I honestly think they are right up there with the best I've ever used.
