The shape is not the same, but that brush handle looks very similar to a TF Platypus blank (I know he repurposed a few as Platypigs). If Troy's got that down by himself, then mucho kudos to him. :D (y)

My Blue Devil is all gone now, but I love all my TroyCraft brushes, even the one with the Shedding Dog badger.

It is a beautiful brush with gold, purple and a bit of red in it.

I've got a few tubs of blue devil left, always performs wonderfully.

This soap should be called Boozie Christmas at the Pub, instead of Night at the Pub, because, this soap smells exactly like a boozie Christmas cake just like my grandmother used to make on Christmas Eve every year. @WoollyWunder may I ask why did you choose Night at Pub?
Smells bloody boozie, I smell like a drunken man on Christmas Day at the pub. :giggle::LOL:

Scented with a warm and sweet whisky like fragrance, reminiscent of boozy fruit cake. Expect rich notes of bourbon, oak, fruit cake, bay, beer and a hint of spice - a bold and cozy scent perfect for cooler mornings.

Edit:- Two new shaving soap scent available at Woolly Wash Soapery.
Hi @SpeedyPC
I’d really love to see some pics of your shave of the day set ups. I know you’ve got some nice stuff.
Just like you used to do.
Cheers mate.

Thank you for the kind words @Gargravarr 🙏
That handle was a resin pour of my own doing, with pearlescent colours, but I do still have a couple of those Platypig blanks left in the drawer too:)

Pre-shave: Hot flannel, Valobra Glicerlanolina
Brush: TroyCraft "Vazon Forest" AP G5C
Soap: Czech & Speake (Valobra) Oxford & Cambridge
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Schick Proline
Post-shave: TND "moisturising" witch hazel, homebrew moisturiser, La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF 50+ Invisible Fluid, Oxford & Cambridge cologne

Being on this self-imposed sabbatical has got me becoming a little inventive with the stuff I already have. A couple of weeks ago, I gave my Vector a bit of a turn on my polishing wheels. I haven't gone to a total mirror-finish, and I probably won't, but it's given me a new perspective on this fine razor.

Today is round two of @Mark1966 woolly wash soapery giveaway.

Today is outback.

I won't go in too much detail today following on from last week's Review of tropi-cool but overall it was again a top performing soap.
Easy to lather providing massive amounts of soap, wonderful feel on the face and a good post shave feel.

Comparing tropi-cool and outback, I personally definitely prefer the tropi-cool scent. Outback had a slight odd scent to me that I couldn't quite pin down where as the tropi-cool was bright and fruity.

Again, big shout out to Iana, she has built a great performing soap and I will definitely be picking up some of her new scents later on this week.

I definitely recommend everyone gets behind this new Aussie soap maker.
