Wise words.I've belatedly come to believe the secret to a happy marriage is separate bathrooms. It may have taken me nearly 30 years to learn this, but better late than never...

Pre-shave; Warm shower, face rinse with MWF bar soap.
Brush; Men-U Boar brush.
Soap; Haslinger, Schafmilch.
Razor; Atelier Durdan, La Faulx ‘’The Scythe’’ AC razor with ++ plate, machine finish.
Blade; Schick, Proline P30.
Post-shave; The Stray Whisker, After Balm.
Cologne/EDP; Chanel, Allure, Homme Sport EAU Extreme.
Moisturiser;
Attar (Perfume Oil);
Shave; 22/01/26 70th Birthday shave onboard the Carnival Encounter with my wife, 3 children and 3 Grandchildren. The La Faulx arrived over 3 weeks ago, but SWMBO wouldn’t let me see or use till today. Wow I’ve had/got razors that aren’t this ‘’polished/shiny’’ and this is AD’s machine finish, what a credit to their workmanship. The shave was very smooth and extremely efficient, with a 2 pass and a couple of below ear lobe touch-ups to achieve a great BBS shave. Though early and being a RAD victim, I believe I can see this becoming a ‘’daily’’ and (heavens forbid) my GRAIL razor. Impressed, yes very much so, all the hype I’ve read is true!!
