IF, you can't get what you want, grab all the APR shaving soaps as much as you can.
Well, highly unlikely I like them all. Raconteur, for instance, I like but I really wouldn't get on my knees for it. The rest of them..... Still yet to try them.

Sunday Queen’s Platinum Jubilee shave using Mitchell’s Wool Fat (MWF) soap and the Edwin Jagger (EJ) DE89 razor. Locally (Aus) MWF is available for AU$18.95 per 125g puck and given that I consider triple milled soaps at least twice the efficiency (ie value) of a standard Artisan soft soaps then MWF is “Awesome” Bang-for-Buck value of 7.6 AU cents/gm.
Shave Result: Previously with MWF I would bloom soap, load the brush and then build lather, but today I used soap scrapings (about 1.5g) pressed into my bowl and performed my standard non-blooming bowl lather build method : “dry soap+damp brush+add spray water slowly” which quickly produced a lovely medium density lather that was slick, protective and good residual, even the post shave was great, I rate MWF a solid Tier 2 soap. MWF scent to me is just a pleasant soapy aroma. The EJ DE89 gave a lovely smooth, mild but efficient, clean and irritation free DFS, a very enjoyable shave.

not only does a little go long way but applying too much leaves your skin feeling greasy. Just a touch and the jar lasts a very long time
also pays to shop around.. its currently $25 at chemist warehouse (usual price) but only $15 at price line atm
