Bernd very kindly replaced one that he sent with D01 2 band instead of D01 3 band. I sent it back but he was away and couldn't sign for it so it was returned to me. He let me keep it, offered me a discount on a new brush and replaced the Americana. One of the (many) reasons why I will always go Shavemac over any other brush.
The duplicate may get PIFed to my dad.
 
Tried to keep the disorders under control, and think I've done well when looking at other photos [emoji3]though give me time

I agree he makes a top shelf brush with top shelf customer service. Hand tied knot to boot.
