You say it as if being "stuck" is a bad thing?! I think it's brilliant! It's a local business that has decided to do the hard yards of bringing in specialist products from overseas.

Of course it'll be exy in comparison - it's cheaper to buy in the original country, but it's always the shipping. You never seem to see the total cost. However here it's always the total cost (plus often local shipping). But it gives us choice and options. (You can also get it quicker. [emoji6]) Sure, you don't have to get it, but it's great that it IS available locally!
 
Ah one is Spanish and one is Italian.

Must try floid soon. Is the scent aftershave strong or post shave splash weak?

I'd say fairly strong on me. Not in an overpowering way, more subtle with staying power!

Spanish Floïd is available as Suave, Vigoroso and Black. Italian Floïd is today available as "The Genuine" only as the glorious "Blue" has been discontinued about two years ago.
Italian Floïd "The Genuine" is somewhat similar to Spanish Floïd "Suave", whereas the "Vigoroso" has a stronger mentholated fragrance than "Suave" and contains more alcohol as well.
In my opinion, the best Floïd of them all is "Vigoroso".
 
Well in that case The Stray Whisker has the spanish Floid. They have all three; Suave, Vigoroso and Black. I'm yet to purchase anything through the stray whisker but their inventory is getting more and more impressive. Once the bank balance gets back up after buying these straights I'm def. going to place an order from them. Floid, Tims, Myrsol, Le Père Lucien, the list just goes on and on!
 
Colomer (the manufacturer) is headquartered in Spain... They used to print an Italian office address on the 'Italian' Floïd but it closed permanently during the last recession.
