That mondial is very cute, and a classic stuff (exactly 110 years making brushes, they surely know something about the business :) ). I don't know the first brand (That does not mean it is not good either, of course).

edit: BTW the label 'puro tasso' in english mean pure badger, with was a way to say the high quality of the badger hair clasically. Nowadays there are so many badger fur names, and pure badger is I reckon often used for a 'basic' quality badger hair...
I think they keep it even for boar brushes as a part of the old branding?

Thanks @sealer something there I did not know was the 110 years & secretly I think I do prefer the Mondial
 
They are both low end budget options, personally I would look to something in the $200-$300 range with higher materials, knot and build quality.
